Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LockFeed, operated by Mosaic Integral Innovations LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. The service

LockFeed helps you add a learning moment before accessing selected apps. It uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks to apply restrictions and temporarily unlock apps after a quiz. Features depend on supported devices, system permissions, and operating-system behavior. You are responsible for your app selections and settings.

Unlock periods use elapsed time; they do not represent measured time spent scrolling. Learning content is provided for general practice and does not guarantee retention, mastery, exam results, or a particular reduction in screen time. LockFeed is not an emergency or safety system.

3. Usage analytics and product experiments

Subject to applicable law and any required permissions, Mosaic Integral Innovations LLC may collect, transmit, store, and analyze information about your use of LockFeed through PostHog and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. This includes app and feature interactions, session and device information, quiz activity, app-lock and unlock interactions, trial and purchase activity, and persistent installation identifiers.

We may use this information to understand and improve the service and to evaluate features, prices, offers, and paywall timing through product experiments. PostHog may associate events across sessions with the same installation identifier. The Privacy Policy describes the information collected, its purposes, service providers, retention, and your rights and choices.

This clause is not a substitute for consent where applicable law or platform rules require it, does not override a refusal or withdrawal of consent, and does not waive your privacy rights. See your analytics choices for details. These terms do not authorize collection of raw Screen Time reports or the content of other apps for analytics.

4. Purchases

Where paid features are offered, the app presents the applicable price and terms before purchase. Purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights. Access to purchased features depends on verification of the corresponding entitlement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use LockFeed lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual property rights, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it. Do not use the service to harm or harass others.

6. Intellectual property

LockFeed’s branding, software, and original content belong to Mosaic Integral Innovations LLC or their respective licensors. Third-party learning material remains subject to its own rights and attributions. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of these materials. 7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

LockFeed is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, complete accuracy of learning material, or that app restrictions will always function as intended.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Integral Innovations LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using LockFeed at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms or where required by law, subject to applicable legal obligations and consumer rights.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, legal proceedings relating to these terms shall be brought in the courts of New York County, New York.
